IFS Audiovisueel provides complete visual technology for conferences, events, funerals and celebrations, for both local and international clients. We help you plan the best set-up for the venue and programme in advance, and ensure reliable delivery on site.
Depending on the location and type of event, we deploy the right combination of visual technology. We work with professional projection, LED walls and screens for large and small spaces. Through NDI and video distribution we ensure that images are displayed clearly and in sync on multiple screens simultaneously.
For hybrid events and online broadcasts we provide professional live streaming and camera recording. Presentations, discussions and performances are captured in sharp detail and broadcast live or stored for archiving. This way you also reach the audience that cannot be physically present.
Alongside live visual technology, we produce corporate videos, animations and visual content. From a short introduction film to a full animation: we guide the process from concept to delivery. You can also come to us for the design of presentations and visuals.
That depends on the size, the pixel pitch, the set-up time and the number of show days. A large display on a stand is quickly arranged, an LED wall requires more set-up and technical work. You always receive a tailored quote from us, matched to your venue and programme.
Projection works well in a room you can darken. An LED wall stays bright in daylight and under stage lighting, can be built in almost any size and gives a crisp, high-contrast image. We advise based on the room, the light and the viewing distance.
Preferably in a 16:9 aspect ratio, with videos supplied as separate files. Ideally send your presentation a day in advance, so we can test everything on our equipment. Changes on the day itself are handled on site.
Yes. The same images shown in the room can be sent to a live stream or recorded for later use. This way you also reach participants who cannot attend in person.
A display or projection is usually ready within an hour. An LED wall with cameras and a control position soon takes half a day to a full day, depending on the size and the venue. We agree the schedule with the venue in advance, so everything is ready on time.

Speakers lit evenly and without harsh shadows, so both the room and the camera see their faces clearly. The room slightly dimmed, so the screen stays readable.

Do you have your own spot the gobo needs to fit?
That depends on the venue, the number of fixtures and whether a lighting technician needs to be present. Front light and uplights in a room only need a small setup; a show with moving heads, truss and a lighting desk takes more. We always make a tailored quote after a quick look at the venue and the programme.
Not always. Haze can set off smoke detectors. We agree with the venue in advance whether haze is allowed and how the fire alarm system is set. Where haze is not allowed, we choose lighting and effects that look good without it.
Yes, as long as it is set up for it. We use flicker-free fixtures, one colour temperature and soft front light, so faces look natural on camera and no stripes run through the image. Mention in your request that there will be filming or streaming.
For a congress room with front and ambient lighting, set-up usually takes a few hours. With truss, moving heads and a light show it takes longer, and sometimes we set up a day in advance. Taking down is quicker. The quote states exactly when we arrive and when the room is empty again.
For shows, galas and congresses with several lighting states, a technician operates the lighting and adjusts it where needed. Ambient lighting that stays the same all evening can also be set in advance, without a technician present. We advise what suits your event best.

Depending on the venue and the type of event, we deploy the right combination of equipment. We work with professional speakers, amplifiers, audio mixers and microphones, including wireless microphones and Catchboxes for audience sessions. With Dante we provide a stable and flexible audio network, also in more complex setups with several rooms or locations.
For events with artists or bands we provide complete band amplification and monitoring. Speakers are supported with speech installations tailored to the acoustics of the space. Through intercom systems our technicians maintain direct contact with each other during the event.
For meetings, debates and international congresses we supply discussion systems that allow participants to take the floor with ease. Interpreter translation and hearing loops ensure that non-native speakers and hearing-impaired participants can fully participate. All sessions can be recorded via audio recording and broadcast live via streaming.
That depends on the number of speakers and microphones, the size of the room, the length of the programme and the number of technicians. After a short briefing you receive a tailored proposal that sets out exactly what will be supplied.
Very little. We agree set-up time, power and the position of the control desk directly with the venue. For larger events we visit beforehand, so there are no surprises on the day itself.
Often, yes. We check in advance what is available in the room and whether it suits your programme. Sometimes adding to it is enough, sometimes our own setup is more reliable.
Then a spare is ready. The frequencies of all transmitters are planned and tested in advance, and the technician at the mixing desk switches straight away, usually without the audience noticing.
Yes. We supply hearing loops and Auracast for the hard of hearing, and interpreting technology for multilingual events. We connect these to the same mix, so everyone hears the same thing.
