We work with at least two cameras, one on the speaker and one on the room, and expand to a full multi-camera setup for larger events. An experienced director oversees picture quality from the gallery and cuts live between cameras for a dynamic end result. We connect the presentation feeds to our recording equipment, so slides and speaker are combined seamlessly in the final footage. The same applies to combined live and hybrid events: we handle both the recording and the livestream from a single integrated technical setup.

Post-production and delivery, ready for every platform

After the day of filming, we turn the raw footage into a professional finished product. That means colour grading, audio editing, titles, fades and, if required, subtitles for better accessibility and online reach. We deliver in the formats you need: a full recording of each session per speaker, a summary or aftermovie, and shorter clips for LinkedIn, YouTube or your intranet. We agree the delivery schedule with you in advance.

Can IFS also handle post-production and subtitling?

Yes. After filming we take care of the full post-production: colour grading, audio editing, titles and subtitles. Subtitles are almost always recommended for online publication, as videos play without sound by default on phones.

In which formats is the recording delivered?

We deliver in the formats you need: a full edit per session, a summary or aftermovie, and versions for social media. Formats are matched to the platform: landscape for YouTube, square or portrait for LinkedIn or Instagram.

Can the footage be reused later?

Absolutely. Conference recordings are a valuable source of knowledge: talks on demand, quotes for social media and presentations as the basis for e-learning modules. We are happy to discuss the options in advance, so the material is put to the best possible use.

What is the minimum number of cameras needed?

For a basic recording we work with at least two cameras: one on the speaker and one on the room. That alone gives a dynamic end result. For larger events, multiple speakers or special shots, we expand the setup to suit.

How far in advance should event filming be booked?
