Impact van beelden is blijvend!
At IFS Audiovisueel, it’s not just about technology. Visual content is a powerful way to communicate a message and strengthen a story. That is why we provide professional video production, from concept and recording to editing and final delivery.
From conference recordings to corporate films and animation videos, we help organisations present their story in a clear and professional way.
Our productions are used by companies, government organisations and institutions for conferences, events and communication projects. By combining high-quality visuals, sound and editing, we ensure that information is presented clearly and key moments are captured professionally.
We provide, among others:
• Corporate videos that present your organisation clearly and professionally
• Animation videos to explain complex information in a visual way
• Infographics for clear and structured communication
• Livestreaming of presentations, meetings and events
• Event recordings with professional filming and editing
We use high-end cameras, steadycams for smooth movement and lighting setups tailored to each situation. When needed, we also create stage or decor setups that match the style of your organisation or event.
For added impact, drone footage can be included to create dynamic and unique perspectives.
IFS Audiovisueel brings together people, story and technology. With attention to detail, a clear structure and professional image quality, we ensure your message is not only seen, but remembered.
A corporate video is a powerful way to present your organisation, project or service. Video allows you to clearly show what your organisation stands for and what you have to offer in a short amount of time.
IFS Audiovisueel produces professional corporate videos for businesses, government organisations and institutions. From concept and script to recording and editing, we guide the entire production process.
During production, we use professional cameras, appropriate lighting and high-quality audio recording. This results in a video that is suitable for websites, presentations, social media or internal communication.
A well-structured corporate video helps communicate your story clearly and ensures your message stays with the viewer.
Sometimes information is difficult to explain using only text or static visuals. An animation video offers a clear and visual way to communicate complex topics.
IFS Audiovisueel creates animation videos for presentations, instructions, explainer videos and online communication. By combining animation, graphics and text, we deliver clear and structured explanations.
Animation videos are often used for:
• Explaining processes or services
• Instructional videos and manuals
• Presentations during meetings and events
• Online communication and websites
With an animation video, information becomes accessible and easy to understand for a wide audience.
Video recording can add lasting value to conferences, symposia and events. Presentations, lectures and key moments are captured professionally, allowing them to be viewed or shared afterwards.
IFS Audiovisueel provides camera and video recording for conferences and events. With multiple cameras, professional direction and high-quality equipment, we ensure a clear and stable result.
Our services include:
• Camera recording of presentations and lectures
• Full video recording of conferences and events
• Highlights and aftermovies
• Video recording in combination with livestreaming
This ensures that the content of your event remains available to participants and a wider audience after it has taken place.
The most requested formats are the corporate film, in which an organisation introduces itself, and the instructional or explainer video, which shows a process or product step by step. Alongside these are event highlight and wrap-up films, interviews with staff or clients, and recordings of conferences and lectures used afterwards as a knowledge library or on-demand programme. Animation belongs here too, for example to explain a process, figures or a service that cannot be filmed. Which format fits depends on the goal and where the video will be shown, since a film for a trade fair calls for something different from a video for internal use.
It starts with a briefing: what is the goal, who is the audience, where will the video be shown, and what message should stick. A concept follows, with a script or scenario, and for animation a storyboard, so it is clear in advance exactly what will be made. Then comes the shooting day or, for animation, the design and production of the visuals, followed by editing with music, voice-over, subtitles and brand elements. Finally there are usually one or two rounds of feedback and delivery in the required formats, and it is wise to agree in advance how many revision rounds are included.
Animation excels when there is nothing to film: abstract processes, figures, a service, software, a timeline, or a situation that does not yet exist. It also offers a solution for subjects that are difficult or unsafe to record, or where recognisable people on camera are undesirable. A practical advantage is adaptability: text and voice-over are easy to swap for another language or a new version without reshooting. Film, by contrast, works better when the subject is people, atmosphere, craftsmanship or a location, because real footage carries more credibility.
Above all time and calm: a suitable location without disruptive background noise, enough room to set lights, and a schedule with slack, since shoots almost always run long once several people appear on camera. For interviews it helps if speakers know the questions in advance and which key points they want to make, without learning a script by heart. Attention is also paid to clothing in calm colours without fine stripes, and to practicalities such as power, keys and access. Finally, consent from recognisably filmed individuals matters, usually recorded with a short release form.
Typically a main version is delivered along with several variants, for example a short cut for social media and landscape, portrait or square formats per channel. Subtitles are almost always needed, because videos start muted by default on phones and subtitles also make the video accessible to viewers who are hard of hearing. With music, check the licence, since only music covered by a valid usage licence may be published online. It is also sensible to agree how long the source files are retained, so the video can be adapted or reused later.
