EVENT VISUALS AND CONTENT
The opening leader, the lower third with the speaker's name and role, the image on the LED wall during the break, the countdown to the next session and the sponsor slot in between: together they form the layer that gives your event a face of its own. Without it, the screen falls back on an empty desktop or a static logo, precisely the moment a programme loses its momentum. We design those visuals in your brand identity and make sure they work on every screen: the main screen in the hall, the screens in the foyer and the image that goes out with the livestream.
We start with your brand identity and your run of show: which colours, typefaces and shapes belong to your organisation, and which moments in the programme call for an image. From that we design one coherent set, from leader and transitions to lower thirds, break slide, countdown and closing, so the whole reads as a single style rather than a collection of separate graphics. Speaker names, session titles and times are prepared in templates, so a change to the programme does not mean a new design. You see the design well before the day itself and sign off on one set, not on dozens of separate files.
On the day itself the visuals run from the same gallery as sound, lighting and presentations. Our technician switches between leader, speaker, slides and break slide at the moment the run of show calls for it, and adjusts when the programme overruns or a speaker finishes early. The lower third appears as someone takes the stage and disappears again before it starts to distract. If your event also runs online, the stream carries the same layer, with its own image for the viewer at home during the break. The result looks, from start to finish, as though it were made by one hand.
An event yields more footage than a single aftermovie. From the recording and the atmosphere shots we produce content that stays useful afterwards: individual sessions with a clean title card for your knowledge base, short clips for LinkedIn with burnt-in subtitles, speaker quotes in vertical format, and a one-minute summary for next year's invitation. Because your brand identity is already built into the visuals, that content sits seamlessly alongside what was on screen in the hall. We agree the formats you need in advance, so everything is delivered in the right sizes straight away.
Everything that appears on screen during your event beyond the speakers' own presentations. In practice that means an opening leader, transitions between programme items, lower thirds with the speaker's name and role, a break slide with a countdown, sponsor or partner logos, a programme overview and a closing image. In larger halls, side screens or an LED wall are added, which often have a different aspect ratio from the main screen and therefore need their own design. If your event also runs online, the image the remote viewer sees during breaks and between sessions belongs to it too.
Two things, essentially: your brand identity and your run of show. From the brand identity we use the logo at a decent resolution, the colour codes, the typefaces and any style guide or existing imagery; from the run of show, the shape of the day with session titles, times and the names and roles of the speakers. The sooner we have those names, the calmer the design process, but changes right up to the day are no problem because the lower thirds come from templates. If there is no style guide, we derive the style from your website and put that choice to you first.
Mainly the size of the set and the number of screen formats. Half a day with one screen, a leader and lower thirds is a manageable job; a multi-day congress with parallel sessions, side screens, an LED wall and a stream version takes more design work, because every image has to work in several aspect ratios. Moving image and animation take more time than static graphics, and that difference shows most clearly in the leader. Content production afterwards is quoted separately, based on the number of clips and the formats you need. We quote per component, so you can choose where to invest.
That works well and happens often. If your agency delivers the visuals complete, we check in advance that the files are at the right resolution, aspect ratio and layout for the screens that will actually be in the room, and play them from the gallery during the programme. If your agency supplies only the style, we develop it into the full set a programme needs. Either way we run a technical check before the screens go live: an image that looks fine on a laptop can still disappoint close up on an LED wall.
The set-up is built for it. Because names, titles and times come from templates, a speaker who cancels, a session that moves rooms or a programme running fifteen minutes late is a matter of adjusting in the gallery, not of redesigning. Our technician sits at the desk all day and follows the programme as it actually unfolds, in consultation with the chair or your event manager. A countdown that needs resetting or a break that runs long is solved on the spot, without the audience noticing.
