Visuals that make your message seen!

What we provide

IFS Audiovisueel provides complete visual technology for conferences, events, funerals and celebrations, for both local and international clients. We help you plan the best set-up for the venue and programme in advance, and ensure reliable delivery on site.

Visual technology tailored to your needs

Depending on the location and type of event, we deploy the right combination of visual technology. We work with professional projection, LED walls and screens for large and small spaces. Through NDI and video distribution we ensure that images are displayed clearly and in sync on multiple screens simultaneously.

Live streaming and camera recording

For hybrid events and online broadcasts we provide professional live streaming and camera recording. Presentations, discussions and performances are captured in sharp detail and broadcast live or stored for archiving. This way you also reach the audience that cannot be physically present.

Video production and visual design

Alongside live visual technology, we produce corporate videos, animations and visual content. From a short introduction film to a full animation: we guide the process from concept to delivery. You can also come to us for the design of presentations and visuals.

Schermkiezer

Welk beeld past bij uw bijeenkomst?

Kies uw situatie.

Ons adviesProjectie of LED-wand

Vergadering of kleine zaal

Over zaaltechniek →
Ons adviesLED-wand of schermwand

Beurs of stand

Gala, feest of show

Over evenemententechniek →
Ons adviesOutdoor LED-wand

Buiten of in daglicht

Over evenemententechniek →
Ons adviesRustig en betrouwbaar

Uitvaart of herdenking

Hybride of online publiek

1,8 m
Beeldformaat 16:9
4,4 × 2,5 m
Advies
Projectiescherm of LED-wand
Pixelafstand LED-wand
P2.9 of fijner

    Over technische regie →
  3. 03

    Presentaties

  4. 04

Screen picker

Which screen suits your event?

Choose your situation. You will see straight away what we usually advise, with a tip from practice.

Our adviceProjection or LED wall

Congress in a venue

Hundreds of people watch the same slides at once. We advise a large projection screen or an LED wall behind or beside the stage, with confidence monitors on the floor, so speakers see their slides without turning around.

Technician's tipSupply presentations in 16:9. They then fill the screen without black bars.
About presentation management →
Our adviceLarge display

Meeting or small room

For up to around forty people a large display of 65 to 98 inches is often the best choice: sharp, bright in daylight and quick to set up. Presenting from your own laptop works wired or wirelessly.

Technician's tipWe always bring adapters, including USB-C. A laptop that will not connect then holds nobody up.
About venue technology →
Our adviceLED wall or video wall

Trade show or stand

Your stand needs to stand out from the rest. An LED wall is bright enough for a hall full of light and can be built in any size. Separate screens in portrait suit product information.

Technician's tipRun content as a silent loop, with short texts that are readable from a few metres away.

Our adviceLED wall and visuals

Gala, party or show

Here the image is part of the experience: visuals as guests arrive, walk-ons, videos and live camera images on the big screen. We provide the screen and the content that runs on it.

Technician's tipA close-up of the speaker on the big screen makes the back row part of the moment too.
About event technology →
Our adviceOutdoor LED wall

Outdoors or in daylight

Outdoors in daylight a projector stands no chance. We use an outdoor LED wall with high brightness, rainproof and solidly built in truss or on a trailer.

Technician's tipWe position the screen so the sun does not shine straight onto it. That helps more than extra brightness.
About event technology →
Our adviceCalm and reliable

Funeral or memorial

A screen shows photos or a film of the deceased, calmly and without technical interruptions. We provide the screen, the playlist and a technician who starts at the right moment.

Technician's tipSend the photos in good time. We turn them into a calm slideshow, with music if you wish.

Our adviceCamera and livestream

Hybrid or online audience

Is part of the audience watching online? Then cameras and a gallery are added. Viewers at home see the speaker and the slides in one picture, and the same picture can go on the big screen in the venue.

Technician's tipPlan a short test broadcast the day before, on the platform you use.

How big should the screen be?

Advice
Projection screen or LED wall
LED wall pixel pitch
P2.9 or finer

Rule of thumb: the back row sits no further away than six times the image height for text, or eight times for video. This is an indication. We always check it for your venue, including the ceiling height.

From camera to screen

Five links, one clear picture.

Video is a chain. We take care of every link, from the camera by the stage to the viewer at home.

  1. 01

    Cameras

Camera operators or remotely controlled cameras capture the speaker, the panel and the room. How many cameras you need depends on the programme and how lively the picture should be.

    About event filming →
  2. 02

    Gallery

In the gallery a technician chooses live which picture is shown: the speaker, the slides, a video or everything together in one picture. That keeps the screen calm and polished at all times.

    About technical direction →
  3. 03

    Presentations

All presentations are ready in advance on one system. The speaker clicks through and sees the current and next slide, plus the time, on the confidence monitor.

  4. 04

    Screen in the venue

The picture travels over fibre or the network to the projector, the LED wall and extra screens in the venue or foyer. The same picture everywhere, without noticeable delay.

    Livestream and recording

The same picture goes, together with the sound, to the platform of your choice and is recorded at the same time. Afterwards you have a file to share or watch again.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to hire a large screen or LED wall?

That depends on the size, the pixel pitch, the set-up time and the number of show days. A large display on a stand is quickly arranged, an LED wall requires more set-up and technical work. You always receive a tailored quote from us, matched to your venue and programme.

Should I choose projection or an LED wall?

Projection works well in a room you can darken. An LED wall stays bright in daylight and under stage lighting, can be built in almost any size and gives a crisp, high-contrast image. We advise based on the room, the light and the viewing distance.

How do I deliver my presentation?

Preferably in a 16:9 aspect ratio, with videos supplied as separate files. Ideally send your presentation a day in advance, so we can test everything on our equipment. Changes on the day itself are handled on site.

Can the images also be streamed or recorded?

Yes. The same images shown in the room can be sent to a live stream or recorded for later use. This way you also reach participants who cannot attend in person.

How much set-up time is needed?

A display or projection is usually ready within an hour. An LED wall with cameras and a control position soon takes half a day to a full day, depending on the size and the venue. We agree the schedule with the venue in advance, so everything is ready on time.
