Command & Control Theater AV infrastructure for mission-critical environments
In operational environments where decisions need to be made at lightning speed, reliable AV infrastructure isn't a luxury — it's a necessity. Extron's Command & Control Theater is a fully integrated solution designed for command centers, emergency operations centers, and other environments where every second counts.
The system is built on a NAV over IP backbone that distributes ultra-low latency 4K content to all operator stations and shared screens. Any source can be routed to any destination without physical cable restrictions. The IP-based architecture offers 802.1X secure signal transport, VLAN segmentation, built-in redundancy for 24/7 reliability, and scalable expansion.
A Quantum Ultra II video wall processor controls the main displays with fully customizable layouts. Operators combine live camera images, data dashboards, and situational information into clear, high-density visualizations. Control is via a unified touch interface for source switching, video wall presets, and system functions.
The Emergency Operation Center within this system is controlled by a DTP3 CrossPoint, supplemented with an MGP 641 xi 5k processor for up to four simultaneous touch display windows, direct access to live feeds and situational data during crisis situations.
Collaboration Conference Room Meetings without technical barriers
The modern meeting room requires technology that works as soon as someone walks in. Extron's Collaboration Conference Room is built exactly that: walk in, connect, and get started right away with no hassle.
The UCS 504 is the heart of the system as a four-channel 4K/60 collaboration switcher. All components are hidden under the table and behind the dual displays for a clear, professional space. The system supports both fixed workstations and BYOD/BYOM users, with full USB 3 extension and in-table charging via the Cable Cubby 1202.
The WC Pro 150 Workspace Automation Controller monitors occupancy with an integrated occupancy sensor, ideal for smart space planning and energy management. Native Microsoft Teams Rooms functionality is built in via a dedicated MTR Compute Unit with 10" touch panel.
For meeting rooms without long signal cable routing, the UCS SW 313 offers a compact alternative with local USB-C, HDMI and full-speed USB switching right at the table, also fully suitable for dual-display MTR configurations.
Complete Classroom The classroom of the future available today
Education requires technology that supports teachers, not distracts them. Extron's Complete Classroom offers a fully integrated AV solution that simplifies teaching, enables hybrid teaching, and records lessons automatically, without additional actions by teachers or IT staff.
The system is built around the DTP3 CrossPoint 642: an all-in-one presentation matrix that combines source switching, wireless collaboration, room control and a built-in DSP with amplifier in one frame. Via a dedicated touch panel, the lecturer controls the entire room at the touch of a button: image switching, lighting, sun protection and system start.
The SMP 401 provides automatic recording and publication to the institution's cloud platform, lectures are available directly on demand without staff intervention. The MediaPort 300 connects the Classroom AV to software codecs for external students and guest lecturers, while a PTZ camera and confidence display complete the package.
For classrooms with simpler requirements, the IN2004 scaler switcher offers a compact alternative: reliable source switching, 4K scaling and DTP transmitter in one compact device, complemented by the MLC Pro 400 for easy room control.

Any source — from a USB-C guest laptop to a fixed conference PC — can be sent to any display.

Audio professionals benefit from the DMP 128 FlexPlus, which offers Dante-based routing, acoustic echo cancellation, and flexible signal management for both live amplification and recording. Amplification is provided by NetPA Ultra power amplifiers via Dante, for uniform and clear sound coverage throughout the hall.
On stage, guest laptops easily connect via the Flex55 102 and NAV E 121 encoders. Overflow displays via NAV SD 121 decoders ensure that content remains visible even in adjacent rooms. The TLP Pro 1230W TG ultra-wide touch panel and IPCP Pro 255Q xi control processor provide the operator with full control of the entire system from one interface.
